[WIP] Florida refuses federal funds to feed children during Summer

39 States accepted federal funds this year to help families feed their children during Summer Break. But 12 Republican-led States, including Florida, chose to reject the funds, denying families a $120-per-child credit to help families afford to buy groceries and feed their children while they're out of school.
